So basically my life consists of a bowl mixed with stir fried or raw vegetables over rice, eggs, quinoa, or lettuce. So easy, and really healthy. Usually Mexican inspired… This is fresh cilantro and lime brown rice, broccoli, red bell pepper, onions, garlic, cremini mushrooms, and spinach with salsa. #healthyeating #brownrice #stirfried
